- Found a few bugs around the dune world events, fixed them.

Features
- Added a special Dune world + some little events.
- 4 New artworks; Crag, Bog, Frigid + Antarctic
- Exotic Worlds + Arcology Projects have been separated into their own sub-mods.
- Add an event to give some planets the terraforming candidate modifiers at game start.

Bug/Rebalance/Little Things
- Fixed some district pictures to work better.
- Superhabitable now gets the same malus as other high gravity worlds.
- All the Unique + Rare worlds have been redone/rebalanced to match vanilla Stellaris better, they are still strong.
- Fixed up Atacama Art
- Fixed found typos
- Fixed Antarcitc start message and sounds
- Fixed Machine world/Hive world diplomatic view
- Rebalanced Special Worlds yet again.
- Add Engineered Environment to have more levels, will probably rebalance this some point.
- Fixed Steppe, Biolumen + Prarie Trait Colour.

Bugs
- Fixed Unique world starts guaranteed neighbours. Should just be regular planets now, but in the same group.
- Fixed Gesault jobs for Floating/Crystal special deposits
- Eco-Arcology + Prairie should now be able to be attacked by planet crackers.

Tweaks
- Tweaks some colours for the sky on Atoll, Cascadian, Prarie and Dune to more match vanilla style.
- Changed sounds for Prairie and Steppe

- Added starting systems that can have the unique worlds nearby instead of somewhere random

Balance
- Changed special world deposits to be 1 job every 25, from 20
- Special world deposits are now a decision to make instead of randomly appearing when you colonize
- Biolumen is now again a rare world
- All rare worlds now maxed out at 3 per game
- Planets now have 40% on appropriate planets.
