IMPORTANT CHANGES

Broken morale reduced to 12.5% to keep armies in the fight for as long as possible
reduced the efffect of low morale to 85% damage rather than 75%
Disengaged armies will NOT deal damage at all, however they have a 1% chance of being targeted by enemy armies
made army targetting less random
armies with 50% health are 5x more likely to be targetted
EXP reworked, armies DO NOT gain xp for taking damage, however they gain 250% more from dealing damage
Experience thresholds changes:
Experienced rank = 125
Veteran rank = 250
Elite rank = 500
Armies have a 50% chance to disenage at 25% morale.

Nerfed the atmos cruiser's damage and health and double energy and mineral cost.also increased build time and maintanence.
added 2 new armies: Light armoured battalions and aerial gunships
added the first 4 attachments for armies:
patrol dogs
mutated pratrol dogs
Close air support
Shield Generators.
changed tank division to require t4 armour and mech t5 armour tech. hopefully will prevent mid game spam of these units :)
added energy cost to tank and mech divisions.
various other tweaks to health and damage of tank and mech armies and atmos fighters.

added Tank Division and Mech Warrior Unit. should provide alternatives to assault armies for a longer time than spec ops.
