Hey, it's been a while since the last update for this mod. Thought I'd go through and publish a few fixes and features so that the mod doesn't go completely out of date. Here's some highlights for this release:

* Added a potential familiar effect for when a familiar gets hit
* Passive items now add random costumes. The costumes themselves aren't randomly generated, they're just vanilla costumes. Still better than being naked Isaac though.
* Turns out that enemy damaged and enemy hurt effects were broken which resulted in a much more boring game. This has been fixed.
* A few internal changes that should make the mod itself easier to manage.
* A fix that fixes a specific case where this mod could conflict with another mod.
* Removed 'stipulations.' They were pretty dumb. basically, there's no more 'this effect only activates at full health' and other such things.
* A few extra tweaks to balance some stuff.

After a bit of a hiatus, I finally got back to updating this mod! And this time, I've something really cool in store!
There are now random familars! Little random buddies to follow you into battle and the depths of hell itself!

Also fixed trinkets all being the same effect, as well as a few extra tweaks.

This mod is getting quite large, and it has come to a point where I need to downsize a little bit. There is now only 2,000 items added by this mod. I felt like 2,500 is too slow. The game takes a long time to boot up, and generating the items is a slow process. Plus, it finally got to a point where the mod's size exceeded the file size limit and would no longer upload at its previous size. This is probably for the best anyways; Random items are cool and all, but they really drown out all of the vanilla items.

Active items can now do greater things, but at a cost...
Rebalances
Implemented hint system into item effects and item sprites, item names and descriptions should be more, err, descriptive
Pills can now be bad!
Trinkets! Trinkets everywhere! They now have a chance to replace existing trinkets!
Active items animate
A few more possible item effects
Fixed active items having health upgrades

Added more effects! Can now pull random effects from vanilla isaac items! Some items straight up give you these effects, while others are more picky about when you get these effects.
Made creep effect less common
Pill names no longer use item name generator
Item names now have random numbers at the beginning
Hard coded a few item names to always show up

Fixed a few mod generator bugs(doesn't affect game)
Fixed projectiles such as lasers and tears not firing.
Added infrastructure for adding custom trinkets. With the current modding API custom trinkets can exist, but they will never randomly drop. Hopefully this will be changed in the future.

Fixed infinitely spawning creep causing crash
