The original TMTrainer. I loved the chaos of this mod when it came out. Wonder if this was the direct inspiration for it's creation?

Mostly stat upgrades, randomly buddies (which is cool) but out of the few hundred items I've tried none seem to effect my tears, kinda meh.

i think this mod is rlly cool and add something mysterious, ppl in these comments dont understand that all the items do something and actually 70% of items in vanilla issac require u to do something for the item to do the input

wow i finally found out which mod makes my game lag, this mod isnt really compatible if u have a lot of other mods guys

To give you an idea of how strange and broken (good and bad) are the items you can possibly get, here's some of what I was able to observe in 1 run:

-Tears up and a permanent Pac-Man visual effect
-Tears up and drop two bomb pickups
-An item that causes a constant stream of fireworks to burst out of where an enemy died (no effect in gameplay, purely cosmetic)
-A Mr. Doll familiar that moves in diagonal directions and leaves behind brief high-damage creep
-When you take damage, gain Mom's Knife and tears up for the room
-An item that removes 6 heart containers but makes every enemy explode on death
-A pill that grants a random familiar for one room
-An active item that gives you a permanent Pretty Fly
-A 2-charge active item that spawns 10 blue flies
-Another 2-charge active item that spawns a random passive/active item(!!!)

To the person who wrote the item and the description for that item I'm concerned for your safety. What happened when you were writing this I feel like I'm reading a mysterious language, props for making these many items I'm just concerned. (Whoever has an idea for what this form of language can be called let me know)

@Shadowstorm the mod won't get updated for repentance, the dlc already has an item that does the same thing

Interesting mod, but you'll probably be damaged starved all game, lol. Definitely for the Isaac fans that are getting tired of the game and just want something completely random.
