Fixed dumb typo with the wearable green shield model. It's wearable again!

Added two new items to blocks & mannequin:

-- Polished brass scale armour ("lorica squamata" -- ovelapping leaf-shaped scales attached to a leather backing)
-- Pilum (a Roman javelin with long thin shank, which in real-life would bend when it hit an enemy's shield -- so the enemy couldn't throw it back!)

-- Widened top of plume on all 3 versions of helmet to make plume look more impressive
-- Reduced polygon count of mannequin & worn helmets/plumed helmets by about 1/2, big optimization
-- Added LODs to worn scutum, big optimization there too
-- Cleaned up textures on mannequin plate armour
