Version 0.60 -- compatible with HOI4 1.6.0 and MtG DLC

Highlights – Changes relative to Vanilla 1.6.0 and RPM 1.5.4 (0.57):
--New naval units: small and large subs, added models for cruiser subs
--Same naval units as before: destroyer escorts, heavy destroyers, light carriers
--Removed naval units: AA light cruisers (can be made thru regular cruisers in ship designer)
--Streamlined naval models (still more than vanilla but no longer need as many hulls thanks to the new ship designer)
--New ship modules: additional gun batteries (more tech years, heavy-medium (10"-12") guns), differential CV decks (early, improved, advanced—for more planes), regular and heavy minelaying equip, and others (more engines, AA, armor modules…mostly for additional tech years)
--Restructured module slots for hulls (harder than in vanilla to make ahistoric meta ship variants)
--Revised effects of naval terrain and night combat (for more realistic combat balance)
--Revised balancing of naval fuel, IC, and resource costs
--Revised AI ship design -- AI should be able to script historical models better than in vanilla
--Naval tech trees -- are completely as a mix of old RPM and new naval hulls/components
--Some rebalancing of XP gain, XP costs, experience losses
--Air and land pretty much same as RPM for 1.5.4, other than the addition of fuel and amphibious tanks
