  • Experimental change: Changed the Green Knight's garrison priority to a negative value to possibly help him stay on top of garrison stacks

  • All three legendary Bretonnian buildings now grant 4 strength to the Green Knight instead of 7.
  • Bretonnian 'Stables' building chain grants 0/0/1/1/1 GKS instead of 1/1/2/2/3
  • Bretonnian 'Worship' building chain grants 0/1/1 GKS instead of 1/2/3
  • Couronne Tournament Grounds grant 3 (was 5) and Warhorse Breeder's Stables (requires pastures in the region) grant 1 (was 3) extra strength to the Green Knight.
  • Sword of Couronne/Trident of Manann/The Chalice of Potions give 2 (was 5) strength to the Green Knight each when wielded by Louen/Alberic/The Fay Enchantress
  • Grail vows taken by Lords grant 1 strength to the Green Knight (Louen's and the Fay Enchantress' special vows are taken into account). Knight's Vow and Questing Vow no longer grant any GKS.
  • Each 'Heraldry of ...' research grants 1 strength to the Green Knight, 'Unification of Bretonnia' grants 4 (10 in total, as you can't research the Heraldry of your own faction)

Green Knight re-added to fully upgraded Port of Manann after the last update somehow made him vanish.

Fixed a bug where the Green Knight strength mechanic would only increase his regular weapon damage, not the armour-piercing one

  1. Sword of Couronne/Trident of Manann/The Chalice of Potions give 5 strength to the Green Knight each when wielded by Louen/Alberic/The Fay Enchantress
  2. Each vow taken by any Lord character grants 1 strength to the Green Knight (Louen's starting vows and Fay Enchantress' special vow are taken into account)
  3. Each 'Heraldry of ...' research grants 1 strength to the Green Knight, 'Unification of Bretonnia' grants 4 (10 in total, as you can't research the Heraldry of your own faction)
  4. Tooltips improved

Lowered the bonuses granted to the Green Knight by buildings. Expensive and majestic buildings should not play such a big role within the pious ranks of the Cult of Lady.

  • Green Knight strength (GKS) granted by legendary buildings from 10 to 7
  • Bretonnian 'Stables' building chain GKS from 1/2/3/4/5 to 1/1/2/2/3
  • Bretonnian 'Worship' building chain GKS from 2/3/5 to 1/2/3
  • Couronne Tournament Grounds GKS from 8 to 5 and Warhorse Breeder's Stables GKS from 4 to 3

Green Knight empowerment: Changed hit point bonus to armour bonus.

This has to do with the way my mod preserves compatibility with mods which change unit stats.
My mod does not change the Green Knight unit itself, so other mods can still access the unit in the db and alter it without any interference.
My system did not work for hit points, so I replaced the hit point bonus with an armour bonus.
