The Midnight Aristocracy has been updated for the new race pack expansion and RoR units. This is a startpos mod so remember to check your others while using this one as they do tend to conflict.

I also changed the level requirements for the first office of the Vampire Counts to level one instead of two. Have fun!

Found a bug regarding the "Lord of the Crypts" office, thanks resevikid. Seems I had two that was causing an overlap and glitch of the graphics. Now fully fixed. Oopsie! :)

Fixed a few bugs that were stopping the spread of vampiric corruption on Vlad and Isabella, and a few others.

Now that it is fixed and working, I've toned down the power of it. Changes are in the relevant factions of the The Midnight Aristocracy pinned discussions. This is a temporary fix until I get more time to tweek and correct a few other things that do need looked at.

Reworked The Midnight Aristocracies perks and toned them down a bit. Be sure to read the midnight aristocracy discussion for a full breakdown. This update is not design specific, so it should be save game compatible. As always with changes, expect the unexpected.

Again, this is a work in progress so everything is still subject to change.

The Midnight Aristocracy

King of Darkness
+9 Public Order
+7 Vampiric Corruption
-15% upkeep for the black coach, Blood Knights, Corpse Carts and Mortis Engines (lords army).

Queen of Darkness
+15 Winds of Magic Power Reserves (lords army)
-10% to construction costs. (all regions).
+5 Vampiric Corruption (local region).

Lord of Death
+30% income from raiding (all forces).
+25% income from razing (all forces).

Red Ascendant
-15% reduction to the recruitment cost of all land units (all forces).
-10% upkeep (all forces).

Awakened
+20% additional tradable resources produced (factionwide).
+10% income from all buildings (all regions).

Acolyte
+5% hero success chance for banshees (all characters).
-10% cost to actions by banshees (all characters).

Initiate
+5 Winds of Magic Power Reserve (lords army).
+5% research rate.

Grave Warden
-10% upkeep Grave Guard & Black Knights (all forces).
-15% raise dead cost (all forces).

Isabella von Carsteins (unique) faction traits. (when played)
Public order 7 (local region)
Vampire corruption +5 (local region)
Missile resistance +10%

Big update and this time for the Vampire Counts. Whole structure of the VC was reworked and redone to be different from the Von Carstein. The Vampire Counts are now more in line with legions of the dead and necromancy. Whole new rank and description system and perks, fully functional, but still need tested and adjusted. Not as overpowered as the Von Carsteins at present. Which I will get round to toning down a bit soon (tm) :)

Fixed the King of Darkness office effects not being correctly added when not playing as Vlad or Mannfred von Carstein. Thanks to football4life02, for reporting this.

Added the Von Carstein shield and banner to the offices panel. Cosmetic change and will not interfere with savegames. Though, you may not see the change until a new game!

Re-aligned Manfredd von Carsteins office to match Vlad & Isabellas. I'm sure some pretty Vampiress will come along and hit it off with him at some point in time.. Right?

Isabella the Queen of Darkness now sits next to Vlad in the offices panel. Added another office slot for the "Lord of Death. I have decided to permanently leave the Queen of Darkness rank needed at level one from now on. This will allow those who play as the Von Carsteins to take full advantage of the King & Queen together. I know I know, I'm all heart.

Fixed some string errors and a trait giving wrong province - faction bonus.
Fixed the front panel showing correct faction traits at LL selection, campaign panel.

Lord of Death
+80% income from raiding (all forces).
+50% income from razing (all forces).
