HALO WARS STELLARIS v1.1 8/12/18

-New Weapon Tiers, all halo weapons follow a clear and defined progression
-Overhauled balance
-new and updated graphics
-Better english localisations (other languages coming soon)

Details:
-PECs have been renamed to Plasma Mortars, to better fit Halo lore
-50mm ACs, Pulse Lasers, MACs, Plasma Mortars, Archer Missiles, Shiva Missiles and Plasma Missiles all follow a 3 tier progression.
-Archers and Plasma Missiles now have an increase in rate of fire when moving up sizes from Small to Large, instead of an increase in damage per shot, which is what vanilla weapons have. Damage only increases when moving up tiers
-XL and T slots are now balanced correctly according to 2.X Vanilla weapons of same slot type
-Localisations have been fine tuned in english to have Lore inspired names. All individual component names are sourced from the very reliable www.halopedia.org
-UNSC strikecraft have been overhauled. they now consist of 2 fights with 3 variants. Longswords and Broadswords with Autocannon, light missile and heavy missile variants.
-Covie Strikecraft will be added later on down the line, as i had a problem with creating custom graphics for them

Added L slot Archer Missile pods
changed archer pods to have +75% shield pen and +50% hull damage
added the SHIVA NUKE (finally). its a Guided slot weapon. bypasses shields completely and deals enourmous amounts of damage

removed Defines entries that altered the following:

Ships spacing
station and ship maintenance
max amount of projectile graphics that can appear on screen

Titan Weapons added

Both forms of Titan weapons unlock with the titan tech. this is going to tie in with the next update which will overhaul progression from weapon to weapon. I will also be adding the ability to have both covenant and UNSC weapons unlocked again, as i recieved a lot of feedback suggesting this should be added back in

UPDATE FOR 2.0

temporary Morale, colateral damage and war exhaustion values have been put in the army files to make them work, will balance and tweak at a later date

weapons remain unchanged, guided weapons do NOT use the guided slot right now, that change will come with the next major update for this mod
