1.8 EDITION:
- Merged all files into a single file for easier tweaking
- Massively increased effectiveness of sensor boosters (5/10/15/20 -> 10/20/33/50)
- Doubled effectiveness of accuracy boosters
- Increased effectiveness of range boosters (2.5/5/7.5/10 -> 5/10/15/20)
- Doubled effectiveness of ECM
- Survey CPUs unchanged
- Increased effectiveness of FTL boosters by 5% (5/10/15/20 -> 10/15/20/25)
- Increased winddown bonus on FTL shock dampers by 5% (5/10/15/20 -> 10/15/20/25)
- Increased range/speed bonuses on FTL speed boosters by 5% (5/10/15/20 -> 10/15/20/25) and added a winddown multiplier (10/15/20/25) to offset range bonus.
- Overdrives unchanged
- Firerate boosters unchanged
- Multiloader and Phased Plasma unchanged
- Damage boosters mostly unchanged
- Juggernaut Core accuracy bonus reduced by 5%

R8.1: Overdrives weren't applying their bonus to ships, but should be now.

R8: Added the Sniper, Bastion, and Rampart Cores. The Bastion and Rampart are locked behind another Engineering Tech, which is available after you've researched Weapon Cores.

The Bastion Core is a shield-oriented module that gives the host unit +50% Shield HP, whilst also granting +50% Shield Regen to all ships in a small area around the host.

The Rampart Core is an armour-oriented module that gives the host unit +50% Hull HP and +20% Armour, whilst also granting +2% Hull Regen to all ships in a small area around the host.

The Sniper Core has the longest range bonus of all Weapon Cores and grants an accuracy bonus, but doesn't have the speed penalty of the Siege Core, doesn't buff damage, and has a harsher ROF penalty. The Siege Core now has less of a range boost, but buffs damage and has a slightly lower ROF penalty than the Sniper.

Berzerker gives a ROF+Damage bonus but severely penalizes Evasion (instead of boosting ROF but penalizing damage and accuracy). Shredder and Juggernaut are largely untouched.

R7.3a: Toned Survey Processor AI weights back down for the time being, until the AI either learns to respect the appropriate restriction settings, or I can find a proper fix.
