Added cieling window to bridge, drone ejectors on the gun deck (Deck 4)

Deck 9 is now accessible (below reactor) with room to store fissionables and more reactor components. Additional L/S modules. There are still MANY inaccessible batteries, however more should now be accessible for manual repair.

Also, engineering consoles in Transporter Rooms 1 & 2
