-Changed script namespace to reduce chance of mod conflicts
-Added ShotsInBurst and ReloadTime definitions to Minotaur PAC for better performance in creative.

Because of recent changes to how "smallgatlinggun"-type blocks work, I have had to convert the Basilisk Laser Lance to a "smallmissilelauncher"-type block. The Basilisk should now work again, but because of a bug with looping audio on smallmissilelauncher blocks (it never stops looping), I have had to disable sound on the Basilisk.

-Fixed Basilisk doesn't fire bug
