Balance tweaks, compatibility changes, a couple of bug fixes.
Incorporation of new systems, DLC, etc.
Honestly, it's been seven months - so changes might be more substantial than I realize. hahaha.

-Adjusted spawning of star systems to be sequential, rather than all from the sol initializer, to simulate the relative direction of the respective stars.
-Up to 27 systems will now spawn, though smaller maps may not always generate all 27.
-Moved the neighbor initializers to a new initializer file.
-Adjusted logarithmic size system.
