Collision model of small barrier updated, it now conforms to the appearance of the model rather than being one convex shape.

- White line that appears when you move away from traffic cones is now definitely fixed.

Sawhorse Barricade now has a collision model that is not simply a triangular wedge, thanks to Altesismein for assistance with that.

All traffic cones, both construction barriers and the traffic delineator posts now have proper weights and will not float around like they're on the moon.

Updated construction barrier model: it is now smaller and uses the old texture. Its filename has changed to construction_barrier.

All triangular signs are now larger.
Unfortunately, this means they no longer properly fit on the triangular stand for some reason. To compensate for this there are now large versions with stands of the following signs:
Uneven road
Queues likely
Skid risk
Falling/fallen rocks

Furthermore, a traffic delineator post has been added. It has two skins: clean and dirty.
