Well hey, finally got this updated!

2.2 made things super fun all around, and it broke this mod in new and exciting ways, so I apologise for the wait. This isn't the final release for 2.2; this intial version is the basic rings without any of that fancy shmancy stuff like upgrading the size of your rings (and I need to rewrite the script that picks the models for it.)

- Adding new Hive and Ecumenopolis planetary ringworlds to the mod, They work exactly like the ones from vanilla.
- You can't build rings around gas giants anymore, but that's okay because now you can stack a planetary ringworld and a habitat on the same planet.
- Ring upgrading isn't in yet, still need to fix some more spaghetti code that I can't understand anymore. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
- Speaking of that same spaghetti code, all of the rings will have the same black textures for the moment until I can fix it to work with the new ring types.
- All of the rings but the ecumenopolis one have the standard City-Generator-Mining-Farming districts, but the mining district loses out on half of its housing and jobs (turns out mining a planet from orbit is harder than just doing it on the planet.)

-Fixed the trigger event for the Abandoned Terraforming chain so that it does not spawn on planetary ringworlds or machine planetary ringworlds.

-Updated for 2.0.
-Changed terraform costs from 15,000 energy to 10,000 energy.
-Changed the production modifier for machine ringworlds from +25% to +20%.

-Fixed terraform costs. I looked at the wrong costs when setting up one of the terraform links and didn't notice until it was pointed out.

-Hotfix for the terraforming event. It was turning every planet you terraformed into a planetary ringworld (visually, not functionally), instead of just the planetary ringworlds.

-Small update to add clouds to planetary ringworlds. Apparently I was doing it wrong and didn't notice until now.

-Added Planetary Machine Ringworlds. They behave the same as a machine planet.
-Innate compatibility with mods that use Nikkle's mod as a base (such as Utopian Dream and Gigastructural Engineering)
-Finally fixed the bug that made planetary ringworlds look wonky if you were using a non-vanilla ship graphical culture.
