- Fixed a bug where the Seer could still critical heal.

Balance changes:
- Touch of Death damage amplifiers reduced from 250/300/350/400/450% to 200/250/300/350/400%.
- Celestial Renewal overall healing increased by aprox. 30%.
- Ancestral Surge initial heal rescalled from 1-1 / 1-2 / 1-2 / 1-3 / 1-3 to 1-1 / 1-2 / 2-2 / 2-3 / 3-3
