- Seer now fully supports DLC
- Seer is a part of the "Altar Of Light" district place.
- Seer now provides 2 laudanums on every mission.
- Seer class limit is now 1 per group.

Balance changes:
- Rejuvenating Surge is now a heal over time.
- All abilities can now be used from position 3 and 4.
- Celestial Cloak and Stellar Band are now set trinkets.
