v1.3:
- new textures for amber and red light
- changed the mesh-model of the flashing light a little bit
- added typical street lights
- added an indication for tracks with catenary (red flash in the crossbucks)
- added a version with flashing lights and without barriers
- added more versions of the previous six different styles (now 32 different variations)
