-Integrated Automated Behavior Adjustment into NAV
-Increased missile cooldown from 4.9 to 6.3
-Reduced corvette evasion by 10, increased non-combat speed to 7 from 5.25, and encreased rotation speed to 0.225 from 0.1
-Doubled hangar slots on military station sections with hangars
-Added point defense military station sections
-Reduced damage and increased cooldown for all mass driver weapons
-Slightly reduced maximum damage value of kinetic artillery
-Added 200% evasion to starport missiles
-Fixed PD prioritization issue when the game auto-updates/auto-generates ships with PD
