- Add Noire and Uni Leader Traits which look like this
Noire: 25% Production when build a Wonder, gain 1 Science if you have Declare Friend and friend gain 1 production.
Uni: All Siege Unit gain +15 Strength and all siege unit can attack while move.
- Uni will not hate Warmonger instead of Noire
