removed naming of bells, they will all have the default name.

Added modsetting to enable/disable that bell spawns for every domesticatable animal.
By default it spawns for every domesticatable.

If you enable the setting "only Beefalos" it will only spawn for beefalos.
This might be good, if you have a mod that adds domesticatable animals, but crashes with bell mod.

Now the beefalo bell does not only spawn for beefalos, but for every prefab which is domesticatable.
So it also works for koalefant if you have the mod for them enabled.
