-Increase amount of collectables from 20 to 30 (Still only requires 10)

-Removed various "It Hurts" and "Help" grafiti from the underground and replace with blood stains

-Added Caution and Warning message that appear when the blizzard is starting and when the surface is no longer safe

-Added Medium winds that should make the blizzard more noticable, especially on short games.
