ADVENT penalty formula changed a bit. Only the ADVENT yellow/orange/red was affected.

Added optimization to make the mod only run when it detects the old range arrays of 25 long. If the array is not 18 long, the mod will run the update code. If not, the Screen Listener will abort.

Should be faster on very low end machines.
