Re-cooked for v264 ADK with potential fix for the inability to leverage the newly added game.ini setting and remove this mod. Use the respec once, then after that you should be able to remove the mod and continue to use the vanilla version. As I cannot reproduce this error, I cannot validate that this solves it, only speculate.

Changed Engram level req and cost due to popular demand. Admins can still set custom costs for their servers to keep it in line with their desires.
