Adding the ability to place the sender barrels into wall mounted resource barrel slots disabled its placement into machines. This is fixed to allow the Sender barrel to go into any slot now, both input and output slots.

Added the ability to place the 'Sender Barrel' to 'Resouce barrel out' slots. i.e small wall with barrel slots

Changed transfer distance to approximately 100 meters
