I am quite a big fan of TLOTD:RTFG, but i don't recall such a zombie in that gameat all.
I only remember punk, SWAT and grandma/farmer zombies there, mostly.

TWI broke all the zed mutators with their last update of the game. No dates on when it will be fixed. Use sandbox for now.
