If Creative Assembly and the modders can't make AI good without adding cheats for it, then it's their fault.
Sorry for late response Xerys.First of all Nobody tought anything here and second of all you are behaving very like those other modders that made some mods and never really share knowledge with others who want to make the game better. I believe you are far more experienced than others but comment like this isn't very mature. I aproached you and asked if you could help me with some AI tables and you promised to write a guide how you for example made your mods....

Just make a version of the mod which doesn't change the buffs given to AI but leave the way they "think", because the your mod is good, but I'm not going to play if the AI cheats.
