Also here is a SFO compatible mod list that uses Suspense's whole mod list if you want an idea of what it works with:

Yup, works with SFO. Just be sure to use the Crysnos unlocker if you use suspense IV and the SFO patch for Crynsos's unlocker.

So I know some mods that change aethestics also end up altering stats.. Is there anything in this collection that would affect SFO??

I really do enjoy this set of mods, other than the individual comments I left with some issues this led to a really enjoyable playthrough of my brettonian campaign, thanks!
