Thanks for the report. I tested this issure and found what it happens with the pellets only, because damage from them don't have a weapon source then marine is dead. This is a "Backfire" issure too.

I don't see any reason to remove chat commands, if i understood you right. If game crashes, it's able to change carnage via them. Especially at the start of the mission all can see "type *help command for the information". Low difficulty level already removes several spawners and makes game easier.

reported a bug. when asw_marine_ff_absorption is 0, you and your teammates are very close when your teammate's health is low, and the backfire will lead to the death of multiple Marines. I'm not sure why, but I found a solution. Add the following code to the beginning of function OnTakeDamage_Alive_Any: if (attacker.GetHealth() <= 0 || victim.GetHealth() <= 0) {return 0}

It is recommended to cancel the function of inputting command to adjust parameters. Change rd_carnage_scale from fixed 6 to difficulty level increasing,Convars.getfloat ("asw_skill") + 1), because it is not friendly to novice players, and too many monsters will cause server to jam or even crash.

add the first person command or add it as a seperate part of this mod pls because it be more fun when you can only see what infront of you instead of everything around you

You could ask your friends to reduce game sound volume in sound options if it's that important to your friends to hear you, you could also boost your microphone output level in same options. Their inability to hear you have nothing to do with this challenge.

This is not my fault. Use this mod for disable some drone sounds. Also you can edit game sounds yourself. For example, download this [www62.zippyshare.com]. Place "mod.vpk" to SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Alien Swarm Reactive Drop\reactivedrop\addons. It will disable explosion sounds from grenade launcher, aliens and rockets noise.

The game sound is too noisy, teammates can't hear me.
