Also, you really need to do more work on Sergey's player sprite. Consider a full maskless Mark resprite part of your initiation, because currently it's really bad.
I look forward to seeing the REAL final version. Overall, there is some real promise here if you execute it correctly.
when the fat russian isnt using his aks his head moves around from left to right which looks weird.
the boss fights are always the same but at least you had boss fights.
the levels are kinda easy.
the story is fine.
Also I would suggest toning it further down at the starts of further floors, since you can never guarantee what the player will carry over. If I only had 16 bullets in my kashnikovs and floor started with a lot of enemies, that is kind of problematic because 16 bullets end very fast and the animation is a bit slow to pick up weapons after spending two guns.
I like the visual designs of the levels, and how small apartments had only two floors etc.
The main character was a nice change: a fat mobster carrying 2 kalashnikovs. Unfortunately, the sprites for it were pretty subpar. The AKs on his back kept disappearing, his head looked strange, and his face sprite had issues where his beard would grow and shrink.
The levels looked really good. Some played well, but others were packed with too many enemies. They would swarm you in close areas, and no amount of bullet spam can stop them from getting off the shots they need to kill you. The last level's first floor was the biggest offender.
For part 2, I would suggest spacing out enemies more and fixing up Sergey's sprites.
Level Design - 4/10 (Sorry, but it shitty, many clusters of enemies and kill them very difficult)
Story - 9/10 (I love it)
Scenes - 9/10. Dont monotonous and very original.
Now i'm wait this campaign in russian language :p
