After extracting my addon you need to decompile the model with a program called "Crowbar" or "StudioMDL, then install the Source Tool plugins for either 3ds Max or Blender.

You can decompile my addon and use the models. I recommend you use my animated playermodels instead, way more Chaos Theory models in there. I used ninjaripper to get them.
