Request : Objective Mode (2019 summer sideshow new mode).

Mission - CT Hostage Rescue , infinite zeds during this objective

Phase 1 - Find the 4 hostages, they are in map's different location.
Phase 2 - Escort all hostages to evacuate zone.
Phase 3 - All hostages has been rescue, zed no longer infinitely spawning.
Phase 4 - Kill the remaining zeds and complete this wave.

So, it's not based on waves but time. Ok, thanks for the input. I might try it. Was just looking for something new. Just based on looking at the above pictures, it never seems to get nighttime, seems like the sun just sets, which darkens certain alleys. It's a nice touch. Thanks. Whenever I try it, I will give my thoughts. :):tu1:

It takes roughtly 40 minutes. When we were testing it, players said the night comes too fast.

Anyhow- this map, you say it gets darker as you play- how dark does it get? Nighttime? Dusk? How many waves does it take? 7, 10? I've played a map like this and it didn't work in 4 waves (didn't adjust to the shorter game). Thanks :UT2004flak:

I mean I have seen a lot of night maps, if I could I would make a day & night transition but that is very fps demanding. I think I could say that my CS ports are free to edit but you have to credit me. So if you want to have a night map, you can do it yourself, thing is I don´t want to have my workshop full of day and night maps. I hope you can understand.

Ha! What's up with this gen of gamers and bright day maps?! Back in the good ole days, our games were a lot darker, like UT, for ex., then games like Toxikk come out copying everything but the dark part, naturally, it's like this gen of gamers are afraid of the dark or something! More on this game- if it's horror related, like kf, the least exciting thing to do is make a bunch of bright, daytime maps. It's like when L4D went from night, to daytime in L4D2- I preferred going against the zombies at night, it gives an intensity and edginess that daytime maps just don't have.

(These are my humble opinions, since asked, and as always, no offense is intended). Perhaps I'm too stuck in my roots of the earlier games.:UT2004udamage::summermoon:

This map's narrow walk areas help create tension when you mix in some kf.. still think night is better. Anyhow, :tu1:
