@parkers there is already a version for that, it's called Tactitian Mode and it is in-game.

Your other mods have been updated for DE, but this one is not. I tried "Captain Wild"
Solution: Save, exit to main, turn off, confirm, turn back on, confirm, load. But it does not work, and it does not appear in the mod menu in game.

hey quick question. A friend and i are trying to play this and more monster spawns on honour mode but being slightly underleveled all the time is proving to be too hard. I was wondering how i could adjust the exp gain to be closer to 1/3 normal. I have a bit of experience in the div 2 engine.

Can confirm it's working so far, atleast in combination with your other mods, more enemies and monster madness, easily got lvl 8 before the alexandar fight.

Hi thanks for this mod, any way to customize the XP reduction value when using your mod ?
Or did you manually set XP value for each mobs in the game ?

Hi. You say that with both monster mods we'll get 4x XP but at the same time "Monsters Madness" description mentions that at the moment new monsters are present in Act 1 only.

Does this mean that with 1/4 XP modifier we will start getting significantly less than expected experience in further acts?

Hi! How can I make sure that this mod is really working? I just killed the voidwoken deep-dweller and got 3375 XP. I'm not sure how much I supposed to get, but it seems to be pretty high still.

Hi! Thank you for this mod. I'm having trouble in my GM mode with base experience of monsters being too high even with level reduction. Could we get a verison of this that reduces XP to zero? I'd like to manually level the chracters in GM mode.

I am also highly interested in a 50% exp version of this.

I was intrigued by the concept of pairing your More Monsters mod with the Expanded Party Size mod, but ultimately decided against it due to the exp bloat it would cause. After reading your comments and seeing you talk about how you were looking into the exp issue, I was eagerly awaiting this mod.

I got super excited when I saw this, and then super bummed when I saw you'd tuned this to 25%. Instead of exp being perfectly smoothed when used with More Monsters, this would make you get half exp instead of doubled.

Unfortunately, if you're only using 1 of your monster mods, neither current option (double exp, or half exp) give a proper leveling curve. I understand it may take some time, and that you're working on other stuff, but I'll keep my fingers crossed you'll come out with a 50% version of this for those of us wanting to only use 1 of the 2.

No Tatsuki No Tanoshi : from my own experience, 75% is not enough, when combined with my other mods.
I've made a new playthrough, just to test this after reading your reports, and everything is going (too) well.

Your mod is good but I'm with JakeTheSnake on this one, reducing it by 75% is far too big a drop. 40% reduction sounds like a good number. I really appeciate you and your mods especially this early into the game!

Now if only multiplayer would get patched by devs..

Thanks for the fast reply. What I ment was a mod that only decreases XP gain by 40% or so instead of 3/4. The reason is that if someone uses this mod combined with Monster Madness, but WITHOUT Double Monster, then the XP gain rate will be too slow with this mod because there are no double monsters to balance the XP reduction.
In other words, someone who uses Monster Madness but not Double Monster will not get 4X the XP he would in vanilla. Therefore decreasing the XP rate by 3/4 is too much, unless he uses Monster Madness AND Double Monster.

If it's too much of a chore then don't worry. :) Thanks again!

Yeah, I think with the double monster mod I am leveleing far too fast on Tactician. I'm going to try freezing my XP using cheat engine next to see how that works out. This should help a bit.

If the bloody modding engine didn't crash on me. I'd try to make myself an instant start mod with all recipie books, 5x all spell books, 40ish all arrows, 30x all nades, 3x carry weight and some extra memory points.

I really don't want to start another game, it's a day's worth of work just to set up all of my spells, party and give myself a baseline recipie + item for my archers / grenaders, food and a few potions to start with. (e.g. I want combat that forces full use of everything I have like I've achieved with the ton of Xcom mods I've installed)
