Go for it Helratz. As long as you're not trying to pass off my work as your own I have no problem with it.

Unfortunately I never got around to making that update to get it working on voxels again.

@Mechatronist I am currently working on a series of Subnautica themed builds. I am considering building the Prawn suit. Would it be okay for me to use your custom script and this blueprint to reverse engineer what you've done and apply it to my build? If yes ,do you have an updated version as mentioned below in the comments? Thanks.

My ultimate goal is scaling mountains but it may take awhile to get there.

At the moment I'm working on another biped but I may eventually make a tripedal walker.

If you want to change the weapons you need to add the new weapons to the MART group in the k menu.

for a server, i was altering the walker so its side guns were lasers, but then they stoped turning. how do i fix it?

I have a challange for you, it's a hard one never sen before (to my understanding) now i know your relm is mechs but try and make an automated welding drone one that welds ON ITS OWN and not you. i have tryed many times to creat a script for it but the welder always rams the ship and does the oposite of weld XD. if you creat this you own a spot in best Space Engineer Yet!

Unfortunately this walker only works on very flat surfaces. I'm hoping to resolve this issue the next walker I'm working on.

I love mechs so fun to stick huge canons on them and just run into battle, this one has a bit of a problem going over little humps in the ground (no there is no canons on it) so just wondering if its not ment to go over little humps or i just dont know how t use it XD

The script I made for this is pretty specific to this design. I am currently working on another walker that will hopefully work better and have a script that is more easily adapted to other designs.

ok, just thought i ask, cuz all the mechs i worked with when i switched out the landing gear for space balls i got a big speed increase, going from 3/ms to around 10/ms

I don't think this would work with space balls as is. It might be possible to get it to work by altering the script such that it's alternate which foot is low friction and high friction and slides the low friction foot across the ground instead of trying to lift it. However, it might simple fall over if you did that.

does this need the landing gear for the feet or can i change them to use space ball, cuz i play with a mod the restores they're friction and restitution function

Yes. I wrote a costume script to govern the behavior of its legs. That's how it's controlled by the WASD keys.

Right, I see, was wondering why my foot kept sticking, but you have this bug aswell... WORK GREAT if you walk on armor indeed :3! Loving the functionality here, is there any other script running to make this key controlled?
