You wouldn't believe how many times the Ruski's have had this mod taken down, & I get it put straight back up. I made a whole Ukraine mod like this, The transport ships have "ІДИ НА ХРАХ СЕБЕ" on the side ;) Still wishing you victory against the oppressors!

Used too. It now adds dockyards & resources to build your own. Gives more intermod compatibility & is easier for me to maintain.

That Actually sounds like a great idea, gives new flavor to breakthroughs, and oh god yes the artillery, flak and at guns definitely need the face lift, it was always an eye sore to have unlocked Pak 40 or 44 in the research tree just to be met with... the same model over and over again and it just looked out of place for a lot of countries. Especially for people who like me like the historic aesthetics.

BBA DLC was a nightmare, that broke a lot of things, but in there attempt to fix the planes they have added lots more functionality for models, including alternate models... so it is definitely my intention to provide quite a rich environment to play with. There will be stock stuff for the AI, but I will throw open options for the human player in regard to using fascist planes when fascist, UK/US planes when democratic etc. So folk will be able to really customise their nations military. I am looking at artillery, AT & Flak guns also, to make that a bit more meaningful than the generic green 25pdr for everything we have currently. I also have a few more monuments to import now we have that fun. So 2025 will be my HOI4 year.

Generally the models do not link the skins specifically, but there is naming sequence that decides what is used... as in one ends in _snow etc. But... this new DLC uses some different models for winter & different models for desert etc... it also adds lots of new models in, so over the coming weeks I will reskin those to my standard & will introduce them into the game. Currently I have disabled most of my models for Germany, as this new DLC has some good ones... & far more options than we had previously. Some of my models also got a graphics glitch when run in DX11, so it is time to fix that also.

So question how does this mod and the other two work with gotterdammerungs new unit models for winter/the desert? will they still work or does these three mods disable those unit models? was kinda hoping to create the afrika korps, also would you mind explaining how those unit models work? i'm ignorant of those features but find them interesting. i used to play with the MI3 majors mod for the additional unit models but its outdated lol which is why i came across your mod looking for a replacement and yours has really good looking models and features.

Major rebuild to allow for more inter-mod & DLC compatibility.

Mod now adds elite & defence units for all countries that are human player. The mod gives choices of factory & resource development, plus extra research so that one can develop the Navy of any nation they are playing.

When they ban one of my mods, they have a nasty little hook... it also ban's you from uploading all mods for a period of time. I have almost a 100 mods... so that messes with a lot more than just SS. I am over fighting common sense... this world has got way to brittle... life is short.

STEAM is easy for to manage... its fine... I am pretty over it all. They disable me from updating other mods I am working on for time, it all just becomes bothersome. I am disappointed in a world where one person can kill the joy of thousands... but here we are.

It seems STEAM suddenly doesn't want to allow mods that deal with WW2 Germans in a WW2 historical simulator... & that one little snowflake's need to be shielded from history is more important than 75,000 users, a 5 star rating & 100s of awards over the last 6 years. It has been banned for breaching community standards... even though it does not breach any of them.

Frustratingly no, Paradox’s implementation of the political variants system that is prevalent in Battle for the Bosphorus is not consistent. Know that I wanted this. I might try some new ideas when I rebuild it.

First time user of Die KM. Love the ships, 1936 tech available in 1936 is OK. But why are all generals super-heroes at the start? I want to develop a general from the standard baseline generals. How can I mod your mod to remove the stats boosts you've given to generals? (And what is army improvements doing in a navy mod???)

I am remaking this with just factories, xp & tech… 4 options… none, some… ###, shit tonnes. You can also just delete the ships
