Bigger issue: Having this mod on causes all the Shinobi Thieves' towers to become general shops. I tried having the mod load order both before and after my economy mods and such, neither worked :(.
(I also don't know if the mod actually worked at all, since I hadn't seen Clownsteady before trying this mod and am currently on the other side of the map after having uninstalled it.)
Clownsteady now has 2 towns merged into 1 (the old city is inside the new one). It has also converted all the UC thieftowers into different factions (might also be purchasable idk...)
It's a shame, because clownsteady is so incredibly lacking without this mod.
- Fixed hospital location. Deathknell gang should properly spawn now.
- Fixed the location of the police towers.
- Removed foilage in the outskirts.
- Moved shacks clipping through rocks in the outskirts.
I ask, because I just did another import and all the shops are now in different buildings... and this has never happened before.

@Vagabond, Indeed, I do understand why they do it. There's other important game content to work on, and the towns fit the theme of a wasteland. But hey, I love city builders, so Kenshi was a perfect match for me. :D
Hmm. Are the new buildings spawning fine, or are the residents not repopulating?
So, the explanation of the problem is when you disable the mod but not reimport the savegame the new npc's of he hook will stay there but aimless without their templates, in order to prevent this problem just disable and reimport :P
