regarding the dmg upgrade, better be carefull because it can become OP real fast since "breakthrough" upgrade their dmg too.
although i don't know if breakthrough are from the wotc vanilla or another mod i have.

Re Questio: Yes I would be okay with that If you're going to mod a Class, might as well work on them all :steamhappy:

Quick question for people using this mod: would you be okay with GTS perks for the Reaper and Skirmisher that increase their primary and secondary weapon damage?
kregano  [author] 13 Dec, 2017 @ 4:51pm
pauloel7: Well, since these are GTS perks, you can just not buy them.

Would it be awesome if one could choose from a list and balance out these perks from a pool of options using mod config menu. That way one could actually make good and fair use of this tool, otherwise often under/overpowered.

@Spotter: Maledictus added AP to the Templar's Rend, I'd hit him up.

Anyone know of a mod, or how to mod the Templar and Skirmisher Melee weapons? I have tried in the Weapons INI of User/Games/WOTC/XCOM2/yada-yada and the game still reverts those Faction weapons to vanilla lameness levels

@kregano There is actually a mod that changes those Skirmisher abilities from one use only to cooldown, which I think is fantastic and was greatly needed. Its called Not Enough Skirmishing

Also, there is one mod that lets you actually be able to recruit multiple Faction Heroes by making the requirements less...stupid. Anyways, I dont remember the name, but I think you might be interested in that too.

Anyways, thanks for the mod!

@Jim Raven Here are a couple that I use that I find to be nice enhancements...

@Jim Raven I forgot the names of the mods but there are mods that deal with heroes balance and abilities. One of the mods makes most/all abilities (not just heroes if I remember right) that are one-time to 5-6 cooldown or 2-3 charges. Dig deeper.

i was searching for a mod that would modify infiltration cause it outright sucks. But thats not quite what i had in mind.
I dont know if you take request or not but how about a reaper GTS Perk that gives something like +1 or 2 DMG while in shadow seeing as their guns are comparable to squirt guns. This wouldnt break banish but would make silent killer stronger sure.

Other idea would be enable reapers to go on shadow once more (for a total of two uses plus the starting one)

What would make the SKirmisher better is an ability to shred armor because, you know, they are former ADVENT and they know how the armor works or something like that. Also, Templars get a bonus to armor penetration since their rend is a psi attack at its core. Just ideas.
kregano  [author] 21 Oct, 2017 @ 5:48am
@Circle of Psi: The new patch nerfs the Skirmisher's 100% chance to stun with ionic ripjacks to 25%, which lowers their viability in unmodded WOTC, because most of their abilities are single use only. Combine that with how their skill set basically requires you to put them in danger to maximize the use of many of their skills, and you can see why Skirmishers would be unappealing with mods.

Mwahahahaha... I use Skirmisher rebalance mods and ini edits, and this makes my little balatens a little bit better. Thanks!

Thanks... great addition.
