Also, I haven't updated the mod in some time and probably won't for update it in the near future either because I'm quite busy.
Originally three copies of the masterkey existed, and two were randomly sitting in front of the locked entrance gate. It was definitely there, but hard to see and easy to miss.
I should probably put them on a table or something. Will update soon.
You could open the command console, select a locked door, and use the "unlock" command if you can't find the keys that I probably randomly scattered on the ground.

should probably be a script to send<id> to <cell id> if <spell>
