@oxenfree: I'm sorry to hear about the issue. Unfortunately, I haven't worked on mods for SE in long time now, so I can't say for certain what might be causing it. The game has changed a lot since I created mods.

I do remember seeing a well-known SE YouTuber use this mod some time ago, though I can't recall who it was. It's possible that a fixed version or updated modpack exists out there. I suggest checking YouTube or search internet to see if someone has created a fix or added a fixed version into a modpack.

If I had to guess, the problem might be related to a texture layer issue. Back when I was working on these, the game used the RGBA layers to handle properties like alpha, metallic, and so on. Hopefully, this helps point you in the right direction!
Hi! I am using these to replication a station from another game, and for some reason the coloring isn't working, either in game or with Paint Gun. I know this is discontinued, but wondering if you knew how to fix? Thanks for these awesome blocks!!

Yeah i'm trying to see what's up, maybe it's just my save that got messed up with the last update.

@Zero Filth: As I no longer play the game I can not check if this is a isolated error or not but I have not had any other reports "yet" of an error in this mod. I cant see what would be the error as this is just a mod with cubes and textures. No code or any special things.

Just got an error message while loading a save with this mod active.
If anyone can confirm errors are ocurring, if it`s an isolated case, i`d be thankful.

Firstly, what a great set on beautiful textures! Many many thanks Inferi!. Just a question, any reason these aren't airtight? Also a suggestion for a future release, you could possibly change the material type for certain blocks so that you don't get the "metal" sound when walking on one of your excellent carpet blocks etc.

The tiles are still more grey and metallic than white blocks... But maybe it's "fixed" now? The new update really threw a wrench in any possible troubleshooting :D

@BiggBenn: The warnings you get do not have to do with the mod I think. With the new graphics, white is more grey and all blocks are more metallic looking. Did the new update fix it then or are some still black? If so, can you tell me what blocks that are black for you and you cant change colors on? As I said, All blocks work fine for me and as far as I know it do not seem to hapen to others right now but if I knew what blocks, maybe I can find something that is weird in the sbc files on those blocks :)

Confusingly, it seems semi-different now with the new update. Doesn't look like a white tile but rather a metallic... grey tile? It's weird.

Some warnings, yeah.

They all seem unrelated. No errors.
Also no worries about not getting back earlier, I can empathize with you feeling down. It's hard to do anything sometimes.

@BiggBenn: create a new world and only add the tile mod. Do black blocks still show up? I tried it out on my computer and all blocks look good. Also check the Game log.

Memory usage could very well be the cause, I'm probably running way too many mods.

Although I forgot to mention that I also *really* like one of the tiles that is irreperably black, it's the one on the fourth screenshot of yours. Looks beautiful in black.

Some of the blocks appear black to me too. Will try redownloading, but they appeared black immediately after i downloaded them. Not all blocks, just some.

Thanks, however I did this multiple times. I think I'm missing a step I read once. I also have black textures on the High Flow Air Vent mod by tugspacehall. Which happens to be where I first read about this issue. Anyway though. I'll continue to look for a fix and keep you posted.

@T4L0N57: Try to delete the downloaded mod and redownload again. You should find the file in "C:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Mods" or similar location on your computer.

My textures went black since the last update. How do I fix this? I already tried searching online, and am pretty sure I just have to delete something and re-download this. Right?

Interesting. Would be cool if you could have both. Something like a slider in the options menu to change dirt on the block. Not really a big deal. I really like the block you made. Makes runways look much better. Thanks.

@OperationDx: The block has dirtstages instead of buildstages. This is so the player can choose amount of dirt on the block.

Also I have a suggestion for a floor block. So I like to make runways but I don't like to make my lines 1 block thick. So maybe you could make a block with a line in the middle about 1/3 the size of the block. Another thing that would be cool is make them light up or emissive. That would be sick.

All the blocks should be grouped into one block so you can just scroll through them and not make a mess in the "G" menu. Just saying.

@Inferi, just gonna say.. in Reguard to this bug:
[Some small blocks do not show up in Assembler "Trying to figure out why"]
Please dont fix, so long as you can manual build them it dont clog the assemble menu..
At least untill we get a search box on there.

@-=312th=- Buzzed Bear : Good, I wanted players to be able to have a "used" look to the block if they wanted that, so I think ill continue with that :) ... It may be the amount of Ambient occlusion I put on the block that make it a bit dull. It can also be that I use a greyscale of 100 on the colorable areas. I will see if I can get a better greyscale that match better to the vanilla and change the blocks. What graphic settings do you use?

I like the effect of block 21 - it gives it a whole new design.
I also noticed that the colors that I paint the bloks come out very dull... is that done purposely?

I am trying to fix it so it will be easier to see what the block is, but it is difficult. I dont know if I can make subgroups to my main group but Ill look into that.

Any chance of combining the blocks into a group - like the armor blocks. 21 blocks is a lot in the gmenu, and it's a hit and miss on the texture you are choosing... there is no numeric guide. I love this btw... it just takes a lot of time going through all the blocks to figure out what is what.
