You place them into the open spaces along the back of the lower hull. They should fit flush and snug into the spot, clamped on with their landing gear.

Cak > Thanks much! I would love for you to fill this out with mods for beds, phasers, and such to really make it feel Trek. I hope you can keep the functionality. On the speed, I'm reminded of when the Enterprise lost main power and had to maneuver, and how slow it was to actually turn and move. That's what it's like when you rely on the tiny thrusters alone. That's why I think of the mass blocks and grav gens as the "warp power" or "warp drive" coming online :) It was a nice way to avoid putting a bunch of thrusters where they wouldn't look right.
