sorry to all for some objects failing to load, not much I can do if the objects I used mainly the cave entrances are missing as the souce is no longer available, I'll try to get somthing else to fill the holes.@ ZireNatrix The runes are part of a joint that can move around another object, its not a script and can be made to pivot around different axis at different speeds, ( joints are made using the attach tool) ,there are some good tutorials online in regards to learning joints for TTS, I'm sure in no time ull be making your own.

Such an amazing map! Maybe it's an easy question, but since I'm quite new in this I'll risk myself: how do you keep rotating the runes? Some sort of script?

This is an amazing map but a few pieces won't load in. how do I fix this?

This is a beautiful build; multiple levels, fantastic detail, liberal use of blocking terrain while also providing large swathes of open air, it's a marvel among other maps in the workshop. However, the table also lacks any way to discern deployment types (outside of Search and Destroy since you divided the board into quadrents) as well as at least one out-of-bounds surface too spawn armies. The latter is addmitedly trivial, but you'd probably want to search out Bacon cat bug (or however you actually spell his name) for advice on how to apply spawnable deployment walls

Terms like walls, cliff face, mountains, terrain are all good starts, also looking up other already made maps for your purpose, ie: 40k for me it may be DnD for you, may have some starting terrain pieces you may be able to adapt.

No problem, the time, effort, creativity, and amazingenss is A+, even if you didnt make the objects yourself. What kind of search terminology do you use to find objects for it?
Bjorn to Ride-Russ-Rout [VI-RRR]  [author] 17 Oct, 2018 @ 6:03am
Good question, the object was ripped and was already see through on one side, I believe they do it when they import the object into blender or like wise program, then bring it across to TTS. I dont beleive an object can be made to look see through by just altering it by any means in TTS by its self, needs importing that way. Best to ask some one who actually imports scanned objects that are transparent into TTS. Sorry I cant be more helpful on this one.

How did you get the edge of the table to be see through from the outside but have a wall from the inside? That blew my mind.

Glad to see so many enjoying the map, In answer to your question yes is did take me some time to put it together, but once I start I'm kind of driven by atmospheric creativity to finish the map so its a labour of love (18hrs split over a few weeks). All the objects/items/Scenery in the map are taken from exsisting workshops of the community built in TTS. I may have tweeked/streched/altered or resized them from there original state to aquire a look or feel of what I wanted. This is somthing anyone can do with enough practise and patience, aquiring the right object to fit the theme of the map is key. All good maps start with an idea or theme in mind. After thats its about adding the flavour to suit/boot and bringing it to life, GL in your DnD adventures, and thanks again peeps for the likes.

@wookalicious Do you make these in TTS or outside it? How long does something like this take to make? I'm curious for D&D purposes. This is amazing.

Amazing map. Pretty much the best I've played on yet. I made the mistake of playing with 2000 points, and it definitely wasn't enough. I would strongly suggest at least 2500, as the author said, or even 3000 points for this map.
