This mod probably doesn't actually use any G&K features. I am guessing with about 30 seconds of tweaks you'd be able to tune it for non G&K.

- Hit with the nerf bat. Changed bonus from Sea Tiles to Sea Resources to bring it more in-line with how buildings should be.

@Pouakai It's the same cost as the Research Lab, 500. I always play on Marathon so that cost is tripled.
