The +1 food and gold could be part of a new trait.
This new trait should come with a building that supports it even more. The Yerba mate field or the building you suggested wouldn't exactly fit. I was thinking of adding a building that would require cows and gives Argentine Beef as a luxury. If you know some kind of UB that supports your suggested trait, tell me :)

Me gusta bastante y lo estoy usando, pero tengo un par de consejos.
No entiendo porqué la habilidad sea tan inclinada a la ciencia, teniendo en cuenta que no destacamos (soy argentino). Si es cierto que hicimos un trabajo grande en educación primaria a finales del s XIX que nos hizo destacar mucho a nivel regional, quizás reemplazar el Yerba mate field por un bonus en la construcción de escuelas sea más apropiado (la yerba mate como recurso no creo que sirve, porque argentina nunca la exporto más allá de paises vecinos).
