It should work properly with Psi Civics mod, i kept the limitations on soul eaters, so they can only pick the evolution path

FIgured out where the problem was. I had previously installed "Psi Civics: Soul Eaters & Touched by the Shroud", which I didn't realize edits the same Ascension Perks as this mod as well as adding it's own.

Shame I can't use both as the same time, but I thank you for your assistance.

Checked ExOverhaul and I still can't figure out where the problem is.

At this rate I'm just gonna have to uninstall every mod to check which one is giving me trouble. I don't think I'm using anything else that edits ascension_perks.txt, which is really weird.

Hi Rohzdear, I checked it with ExOverhaul: Core game mechanics and wit EXO: Cybernetic worlds, in both cases it worked fine, if you can pin down witch mod is conflicting I look into it.

Kudos for a good job, btw. I was pretty bummed that DIverse Ascension seemed to stop updating, so your mod was a lifesaver.

I think I am having some compatibility problems with some ExOverhaul mods and this, it's a shame since I really like them both.

Do you think either a patch could be made or that you could somehow give priority to your mod so if it conflicts with any other mod yours will override all others?

Hi Melicamp! I made a version witch removes the limitations form hive minds and machine empires. Have fun building the perfect inhabitants for your organics preserve :)

Thanks for the mod, but it doesn't seem to work for machine empires? I wanted the genetics path for my driven assimilators since they don't really have any good options, but it doesn't show up.
