@Attee Unfortunatelly that's the problem with Arma 3 save system - the game overrites the save files over and over as you play a scenario or a mission. Normally that's not a problem because the usual Arma 3 singleplayer mission is couple of hours long max. But when you play something like a Ravage scenario when, like you said, you have 30+ hours, the game's performance will slow down, no matter how good is your PC. There are "cleaning up" scripts that clean up stuff in the background for long scenarios like Ravage and this scenario is using it. But even with the script you will have performance drops after playing for so long.
Also, this mission was not updated for almost 5 years and Arma 3 got like 20 updates over this time, that might be the case too.

Furthermore, loading a save has now increased to 6 minutes.

I've been playing this mod for about 30 hours and the game is getting slower and slower. I experience a serious fps drop, even if there are only 2-3 enemies or zombies nearby. The game became practically unplayable. 11th Gen Core i5 11600, GeForce RTX 3060 Ti.

Had to find an anti tank weapon to destroy the drone.

I'm really enjoying this scenario but can anyone tell me what I need to do with the Fuel Truck, once I have stolen, it to complete the task. Many thanks.

Merchants do not sell MedKits, Medicines, Weapon Accessories. Radiation poisoning cannot be cured. MedKit is a very rare item. There's no escape mission, so what's the point of the game? The enemy hits me with a few shots from 500 meters, running, and kills me with 1 shot.

@kylonr - I think you should direct that question to Haleks, the creator of Ravage mod. I know some of the tracks used in Ravage are from Stalker games, dunno about others. Soundtrack is phenomenal though!

Unplaybal, gaved it a few chances, but its not a way survive, 1 shot gathered 40 infected which could open doors, and gave infection 1000% after 1 touch, when i tried to shoot 1 just the moment i pressed the trigger moved the head to the side,and needed 4 bullets to die!! DUDE ITS NICE MOD, MAKE IT PLAYABLE, WE ARE NOT ALL EXPERTS ! FOR GODS SHAKE!!!!!!!!

keeps giving me "missing SonicT_item" cant load scenario

Hi, having the same save game issues as others noted below. Run for a few hours (saving). if i turn off PC & go back, there is no resume option. Checked all the normal (folder present, pbo, continue etc but no luck

probably a dumb question but is there any base building aspect of this campaign?

@ Riven thanks for the info, I have tried the pills, also helps when you have the giger counter, you can see the consumed rads go down. Latley I have searched and found how to remove the radiation from the game. Took alittle bit of work and watching tutorials on making missions also extracting and compiling files. I managed to edit the game and removed all the radiation from the game.

Looks like GilliganTrevor is offline so let me help you out - anti rad pills work over time, if you have heavy radiation poisoning you have to take more than half of one bottle, maybe even whole one. It takes a couple of minutes in game to lower your rad levels. Wearing a gas mask gives you some radiation protection. You can't disable radiation system as a player, radiation zones in Ravage mod are either randomized or hand placed in editor by the scenario creator.

How do you disable the radation system on the mod please?

Hi, how do the rad pills work? I have rad poisioning and eaten 1/2 a bottle but still have rad sickness.

Also, when searching lootable areas the search icon seems to be very laggy

@Se7enth Cipher - this is a very well known bug in Arma 3 and it has never been fixed, unfortunatelly. When the game crashes or you have to make it force quit, it makes the save games of the current mission you're playing dissapear. The save files are not deleted though, the game just doesn't "see" them. There's a simple solution to that - go to C: > users > your name > documents > Arma 3 > your nickname > saved > steam - find the folder of mission you're playing and rename the last (by date or hour) save game file name to "continue". Start the game, open the mission list, hit 'continue' on the mission you played and you are back in the game :) Works like a charm and saved me many times from loosing hours and hours of gameplay. Have fun!

Hey, great mod, been liking the scenario. The only issue I have is that the game will crash and delete the saves. I've lost several hours a few times after building up. Any fix or help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers

save games only work while i am playing and delete after i leave anyone get the same ? or have you over come this ?

never mind . found out there isnt one but the antibiotics that are dropped by zed help against infection. and i have the same problem as MonsieurSomaque. i cant save my progress

so i just played around a bit with the arsenal. and i cant find an injector in it. where is it located in the arsenal and is it even in there?

With other mods I usually get 70-75 FPS but this AAPM something mod dropped down my FPS to 35 with constant FPS drops which is really annoying. Can you please AAPM dependency so we can play without it?

I don't need stupid jamming mod is annoying because only games not real life.

I only see it show up on the single player scenarios, and not when I host a server. Does that mean it just doesn't work in multiplayer or am I doing something wrong?

ok so I talked to the Author of AAPM Lite and he says even though it shows ace as a dependency you can still use the mod with out it.

it seems that something has broken and now I can't treat wounds in ace I see that the character has blood loss but ace writes that everything is OK there is no blood loss and I can't bandage or somehow recover(((

It would be cool to have VA in this mission tho.. Anyway, good job on this mission! :)

yep I used the scripted version of the infection system so thats probably conflicting

One more thing is that I saw that there are 2 types of antibiotics in the mission when having VA enabled.. One from VA (which you can see in your inventory) and one from Ravage (Usually dropped by killed zombies and cannot be seen in the inventory).

Nice Mission! :) I suddenly start to bleed even tho I don't get hurt tho.. Would be nice to have some pointers or a how to guide in the map menu on how to use items, or what mechanics the scenario has..

and you have all the required mods right it could also be that from the last update you may need to restart to get the changes
