220hertz It would be great if you ever decide to have this fixed. My city desperately needs it again. :)

@River_x2_ Thanks for the info. This was back when I was still getting a handle on doing sub buildings and switching shaders, etc. - Looking back now on what I thought I knew then is kind of embarrassing. I'll take a look at the building and maybe do a fresh upload. Maybe, no promises.

This is a mess to bulldoze. It removes kind of one part at a time, freezing my game after I click each time to bulldoze it. Then I still have some parts left, cars now parked on the sky and no way of removing them anymore, not even with move it. Also, it seems to be flickering when zooming out. It's a shame, it was a great asset. I have all game DLC and lots of mods, so it's possible that's causing these issues.

@VandelayOfficial - I'd like to at some point. I think I could do a much improved job of a carpark these days. I wouldn't hold your breath, but you never know. Thanks.

The staircases on the sides of this are hella dope, u think u can make it a seperate asset without the parking garage?

@ContagiousCornstalk. I actually was kind of surprised when he suggested it - parking garages where I am are just that. But with the latest updates to the game we have a lot more tools at our disposal for making these kinds of things. Can you send me a Google Maps link? I think I need to see it before I consider making something like this.

@22hertz - There's a parking garage downtown where I live, next to a luxury apartment building, that has a park on top. It's attached to a gym, so often people will go up there and run around the track. There's a circular track on top with mowed lawn in the middle, and the rest of the top is mixed grass where people take their dogs to play. Maybe that gives a little more insight to what Dark Heart was talking about?

@Dark - That's actually a cool idea. It would save the need for painting parking spots on the roof, and also some geometry leading up to the roof. I'll consider it.

Not entirely sure what kind of person would have a picnic on top of a parking garage - but people irl do camp in Walmart parking lots, so there's that.

If you was going to add this as a park. maybe you could make it have a Green Roof with things on top. maybe like a picnic zone for a busy city.

@xxchrisroxx - Thanks, I debated that. I'd make it a park, but seagulls. You can use the not-so-unique uniques mod to dupe the building if you're not using RICO. On the other hand, I guess there is a no seagulls mod too.

I didn't mention it above, but this building doesn't draw tourists or have an entertainment radius. It's just parking spaces and a few jobs.

Oh yeah, there is. I was just running over how it might be accomplished. I always found assets that use road endings annoying to place, but there should be a way to do it.

It might not be possible to do something like that for this particular carpark - you'd have to account for an in game road to be part of the 3D model and go about blending it in so it looks ok.

I believe streets should be also available within the asset editor, or? At least for parks and intersections they are available... But i'm not a asset creator :D

As a hint, thay may reduce the floating cars: There are invisible (also oneway) roads available in the workshop. They can be placed like normal roads but into the bulding to make it possible for cars to drive into th building and "fly" inside the building to the parking spots. I did this with some garages from the workshop in my towns and the flying cars are reduced a lot.
