ReflectionTypeLoadException getting types in assembly DisableRandomBreakdown: System.Reflection.ReflectionTypeLoadException: The classes in the module cannot be loaded.
I'd honestly prefer if the mod JUST disabled breakdowns and left the other two things alone (since they're rare occurances I don't mind them spicing things up), but I'll take this regardless if there aren't conficts.
I will add an option to disable breakdown disabler.

This mod did nothing more than removing all "CompBreakdownable" from all thingdefs and set the short circruit & solar flare event base chance to 0.
1. breakdown cannot be disabled.
2. just incase you forget to disable the annoying events.
