Had a blast playing this level! Your freeroam maps are tha bomb. Had no issues with the seagul. I climb on the diving board, wait for the seagul and double jump. Last level was pretty awesome!

Seagull portion is terribly annoying. For anyone else wondering, you catch it on the block formation w/ destructable crates in the back left of the level next to the caged letter and mafioso.

@wolftone8 I've updated the mission so that you don't have to collect pons anymore to beat it

@Zyranix You need to find a button which spawns a Time Pon. I've added a couple of clues in the latest patch

Issue with the Time Pon collecting: The icon for the last pon is in the area where the rocket shooting thing is, but when I go over there, there is nothing, leaving me stuck on 7. I've done everything I could think of, and still nothing. I assumed it was for killing ever Rebel Mafia or breaking every crate but those dont seem to work, neither does killing every enemy in the level.Dunno what's up.

There seems to be a problem with the Pon-Collecting-Mission. I started it after I've already collected most of the pons, but the mission didn't count these pons. Therefore, I was unable to finish the mission. As I found out later, the only way to fix that appeared to be killing myself since that would reset the level (except the Time Piece Pons - fortunately).

@Cold Finger Super sorry about that!! While applying a previous fix involving overlapping HUD icons, I set the second Rift Gate's requirement to 9 for playtesting, and forgot about set it back! Changed it back to 4 just now, making the level possible to complete. Thanks a lot for letting me know!!

Where the heck are the five other Rift Pons I need to progress into the bonus stage?
When I get to the finish area, it says I need 9 Rift Pons to access the bonus area but I only have 4 after collecting all of the Rift Pons I could find.
I remember doing the bonus stage back when workshop stuff was kinda new, but I tried this level again today and couldn't progress.

@Chrismas95 Collecting Time Rift Pons crashing the game is likely caused by me not recompiling scripts (because it's actually a custom actor). I also recently had an issue where Rift Gates would not load on cooked. I'm almost finished updating the map, however

Thankfully, even though this level needs to be recooked, you can still technically do everything in it as long as you don't actually collect the Time Rift Pons (since they crash the game), so it's still worth a play.I just didn't know when I saw them all since that floating island behind the start eluded me.

v2.2 is now live! The most notable changes include:

*Now supports a Chapter screen! However, if bugs occur, this change will be reverted
*Snatcher now informs the player when they have collected all mail letters
*About seven minutes after talking to Snatcher, he'll remind you to collect mail
*Time Pons and Mail Letters now have different SFX when collecting them

@Artix Fox I'm aware. However there's currently an issue where all mod levels containing flamethrowers crash on load, even after recooking them. Waiting for the developers to fix it.

Thanks for the stage, this one is really well made for the gameplay! I had fun to explore it.
Just had a freeze for a moment after the first well open, surprised when there was a part after the 2nd well, hard time with the final rush hehe!

Ah, I've seen the overlapping text as well, the Coffee Vender's Pon notifications in the top right. I feel vendicated that I could help in such a way.

@Poofle McGreen Thanks a ton for successfully replicating that bug; I greatly appreciate it. Last patch I had someone else playtest Color Block to see if the bug was fixed, but I never considered the possibilty that it could stop spawning by doing something else beforehand.

It's on my to do list, plus another bug fix involving overlapping text in one of the missions. Maybe some design tweaks, too; who knows. I'll push out a patch very soon if I have time :)

I conducted many tests to see which of the missions went wrong.

The Switch Panels, when their Time Pon is collected, the Block Cannon Time Pon completely fails to spawn from the button when the player dies. (Sorry for so many notifications, sirs and madams, I really felt like I could help this map be fixed!)

The Block Cannon TimeStop Pon hasn't been fixed. I'm playing it now, and the green button is suppose to spawn the pon on the cannons, right?

Perhaps getting the first time piece, then trying to go for that pon breaks the mission. (I'll test it myself, and post results)

A really enjoyable sandbox-style level, I had a lot of fun with this one. The only thing that bugged me a little was the insane difficulty spike right at the end. If there hadn't been a checkpoint for that last section, I would've totally given up on it. Other than that, you did really well!

Liked your mod a lot! But I just want to point out that the camera on the last section, on top of the red block wtih the rotating flamethrowers, was terrible! The section was already hard and this issue made it unnecessary harder! But other than that, the free roaming stuff was great!

And in the last section of the level, where you have to go through all that insane crap after getting all the pons, the section before the last (where there were 2 rotating flame pillars and some eggs and where you had to attack the spider and dive across to get the the very last part with the cannon to the finish) I honestly didn't notice the spider there. The positioning of the cannon near that section led me to believe that I had to jump across the missiles to get there. I'm probably one of few, if any who would think that. Maybe move a little differently so it doesn't seem that way? If you want. Good level though. Sorry for multi-comment. They were too long, had to split them up.

That was a pretty fun level. A couple of things though. The collision seemed a bit off. I got stuck on a lot of walls trying to run up them. Some of the spiders in that one section where you have to keep attacking off of them in the main level are placed a bit too far. Specifically, where you have to attack 3 of them in a row, the 2nd one seemed to be placed a bit too far and I just kept mashing X hoping I would hit it. I usually would before it would even drop down. Even though it was consistent, it FELT inconsistent because it wouldn't be there in time graphically.

Honestly probably the best mod i played. Every part is spectacular and heck of fun, and a unique experience on its own. Thank you for creating this awesome level, and I can't wait to play your next one. :fhappy:

@Clavicus Thanks. I'm aware of the cannons hitting you mid-cutscene, and the 'inconsistent' timed missions were an intentional design choice so that both the Sprint and TimeStop Hats can be used independantly for each.

Never knew about the TimeStop mission's Rift Pon not appearing at all, however. People did report the pon not appearing but never explained what caused it. I'll try debugging that one when I have time :)

Fantastic map! Huge, well designed, varied obstacles, challenging, multiple directions of execution, great music, and loads of fun! I do have a couple of issues, though. One is that the cannon block timepiece seems to be bugged. After failing to get it a few times, it stopped appearing after I pressed the button. Also, the fact that if you run out of time while trying to get it, the cannons get 1-2 free shots on you while the little cutscene plays out of the timepiece disappearing is rather frustraining. Finally, the two time trial pieces are inconsistant. One of them does not allow the timehat to slow time, but the other requires it. Overall, it's a wonderful map and I hope to see more in the future!

Pretty good. I would modify the homeless owl dialogue a bit to indicate that you specifically need 80 pons from the level. I had enough pons beforehand, so I thought it was a glitch. It's obvious that you just need to go collect 80, but it looks a bit weird that he's asking for 80 pons when you're sitting on a few thousand. Say something like "the pons around here are worth more" or something silly to justify it.

@Animadversor Yes. The cage should now open once you collect the pon inside as a fail-safe.
