Spiffer, you can rename the modded .exe, then just go into the Steam Properties of the game and verify the game integrity. Steam will verify the files, and see the .exe is missing and reinstall it, without having to reinstall the entire game. You can also always make a backup of the original exe, by renaming it or putting it in a backup folder.

Hi Delta, thank you for your tremendous work on this mod. The disabled auto-resolve fix is inconvenient once returning to single player, as it auto resolves everything. How would I go about restoring the old exe? Is it only through a fresh reinstall of the game? Cheers big guy :steamhappy:

yep, there is also no auto-resolve in battles with AI

One person needs to play as a different faction. For example on a rebellion map one person plays empire and one person plays zann consortium @2waslol

hi,me and my friend to do co-op against ai we played as the same faction and the game ended right away saying that i was victorious and my friend lost,does this support co-op?

campaign here stands for the galactic conquest mode, there is no way to play singleplayer story campaign in multiplayer

Thank you I have downloaded the files, currently comparing this version vs my old modded version to add a fourth totally AI static faction (Hutts). Was working well before for a 1 planet start for a coop vs AI with the hutts owning all of the other planets with criminal factions being their capitals and the hutts using Pirate/Hutt space and land units.

Thank you for adding comments and continuing to work on the mod. it's very easy to pick up, I look forward to playing with the new changes :)

If I can figure out how to upload it to the workshop after some testing i'll upload it

It is possible to modify the files yourself to get rid of fog of war, Scott did this in his MP GC mods using this as a base.

Seems like that there is a bug in the mod which causes this. Probably the root cause somewhere in factions.xml or expansion factions

Hi, I have noticed in this mod in multiplayer the player doesn't start with the starting landing zone unlocked on planets. Is this the mod or base game multiplayer GC? I've explored all of the files but can't find where this would be controlled

this mod just makes AI to occupy third faction slot.
in vanila game the is 1v1 MP GC. with this mod it 1player vs 1player vs AI

@Delta I've created quite a detailed sub-mod of this mod to allow hero construction and have a tech tree for the heroes, as well as a full rebalance of the consortium. Do I have your permission to upload it on to the workshop? It's heavily based on your mod so won't post it if it's a no no :)

Launching the mod in the 32 bit version seems to just enable the controls in the background main-menu cutscene. When you then hit escape, the mod still didn't load but the mouse is gone. is this mod fully broken or does it still work?

I've managed to learn how to change the difficulty, what controls the starting units? We are trying to do a tech level 1 playthrough but the Empire starts with 2 star destroyers so we want to turn off the hero spawns and advance tech normally. I'll keep looking through the files and try to figure it out but would appreciate it if you have time to point me in the right direction :)

Hi! Sure, you need to open MCAI.meg using MEG editor and extract DIFFICULTYADJUSTMENTS.XML and make changes here. As far as I remeber in the MP GC normal difficulty is applied to all bots, so make changes to <Difficulty_Adjustment Name="Normal_Default">. I suggest to start from property Credit_Multiplier and set it to 10.

Hi, loving this mod. It seems that the AI or something is set to very easy or reasy (reading the comments I see a lot of complaints about balance so it's likely been re-balanced) Is there any way to get the updated version on different difficulties? I don't mind making changes myself or learning how to do it if someone can point me in the right direction.
