Thanks! No worries, I've been less affected by covid than most.
I plan to release tomorrow evening. Unfortunately, I haven't had time to get to Robot/Machine traits, so that'll be released on a separate mod in about 2 weeks.
Still, tomorrow's release will contain 40 traits for Biological species (of much better quality than before, imo), with more associated leader traits than in any previous version.

I haven't tried Stefan's mod yet, but the new version of XTE doesn't alter any vanilla files and thus shouldn't cause any conflicts. That said, they may or may not play well together in terms of balance.
But will you try to make sure it doesn't conflict with Stefan's mod?
Also, most leader traits are now handled through events, and will always be generated on relevant leaders. This will ensure much better balance and AI performance.

The bad news is, the mod is thoroughly broken (and even if it doesn't cause crashes, the balance is godawful). The good news is, it isn't abandoned (anymore). However, while I've started playing and modding regularly again, I don't feel comfortable promising anything after missing the last few deadlines I've set. Still, I will post a couple of teasers in the next few days, just so you know I'm not pulling the wool over your eyes ;)

I'm not vested into the mod enough to get it done as you'd have to go through them individually, but it should be very simple.
However, for lithoids it doesn't work at all.
Ideally, the Charismatic BioTrait it ought to affect Envoys too, but given how super-simple the current Envoys system is, with the player having no control over which individuals (of which species) become Envoys, that would not make sense at all.
